• To optimize revenue collection and control transit cargo which passes through Tanzania corridor to neighboring countries

• TRA made mandatory for all transit good to be tagged by electronic cargo seal.

• It is obligated to all Transporters and C&F agents to rent/lease ECTS devices from approved vendors to facilitate ECTS.
