All content on this site, including engineering blueprints, telemetry schemas, code, graphics, logos, and written specifications, is the intellectual property of Equpoint Properties Ltd or its technical partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access information for informational or pre-approved operational business purposes only.
For clients utilizing integrated solutions—such as our Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) systems and Equpro VFD installations reporting to the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA)—all telemetry interfaces must be accessed only by authorized personnel. Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and must notify our Network Operations Center (NOC) immediately of any security breaches.
In no event shall Equpoint Properties Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from the use of, or inability to use, our physical infrastructure, telemetry systems, or technical documentation.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
